It could be something as minor as a birth defect she will grow out of, or it could be something as major as a hole in the heart. When the heart sounds are abnormal, its usually due to a change in the way blood flows through the heart. The dogs with anemia will have heart murmurs because their blood is thin and they don't mean anything is wrong with the heart at all. You can't find out whats wrong with the heart to cause an abnormal sound doesn't tell you anything except that the blood flow through the heart is more turbulent than the average dog. A stethascope will not tell you the problem (although you can guess based on the type of sound and where its loudest), and an x-ray will not tell you the problem (unless the heart size has changed in response to the underlying problem). So the quickest and fastest way to get answers without guessing or playing the odds is to see a cardiologist for a heart ultrasound. The ultrasound will tell you some really COOL and specific information, like exactly where the blood is turbulent, how fast its going and in what direction its flowing. It will tell you how well the heart is contracting, how thick the heart muscle is, and if there are any defects in the muscle wall or valves. Essentially, cardiac ultrasounds are a sweet way to get the best information fast, and with minimal stress to your dog. Its only about twice as expensive as a good set of x-rays, and it gives you 10 times the information.
