Get all the gunk out of the ear walls firts and then do the drops. Cephalexin is a good all around antibotic, get you cotton balls, a bottle of ear cleaner. Start them on the antibotic. Human cephalexin is the same so if you have it used, amoxicillin could work but it may not when chephalexin is the correct anitbotic to use. Clean their ears, not ear but ears really well. Do this every 24 hours with the cleaner and cotton balls, half way through the day clean with just a cotton ball not cleaner so it doesn't irrate the ear nor dry it out from all the touching and use of cleaner. Use the antibotic for atleast 10 days. It will be gone. On the first cleaning, really get a lot of cleaner in there, so it starts breaking it up really good and all the other cleanings after that are more like maintainence cleanings. Get some Apple Cider Vinegar mix 1/2 AVC 1/2 cool water use a paper towel or a cotten ball and clean the ears out as best as you can once a day. After that once every week or so clean the ears with the ACV/Water mixture to help prevent it.Ear infections can be very very painful.
